I am a graduate in Economics Honors as well as Law from the University of Delhi, India. I have done my MBA (majoring in Finance) from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University. In addition, I am a qualified Company Secretary being a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.I have had a long stint of over 30 years in the Human Resources and Legal functions in the hospitality space across diverse international and domestic brands. Over the past three decades, my focus has been on strengthening the people development agenda within highly customer-focused organizations by providing expertise in field of strategic human resources for hotels. My legal background in past assignments has provided me the analytical framework and knowledge to successfully address many people issues and situations. I am a qualified lawyer registered with the Bar Council of Delhi and specialise in HR and Employment Laws, Company and Corporate Laws.I have also pioneered and driven a series of socially relevant projects.
