I\'m thrilled to have been elected onto the Board of Directors of Lincolnshire Co-op, one of the most successful independent consumer co-operatives in the UK. For over 160 years, Lincolnshire Co-op has been proudly owned by its members, the people of Lincolnshire and surrounding counties. As a co-operative, we trade differently from other retailers; we recycle all our profits locally by sharing dividends with our members, investing in new and improved services, and supporting local community groups, charities, and schools through our Community Champions scheme. I\'m excited to contribute to the continued success and positive impact of our family of businesses.
