Ten years in brand management has taught me that the best campaigns don\'t just sell, they make people feel something. That\'s the standard I hold my team to, and honestly, the one I hold myself to too.A lot of who I am at work comes from outside of work. Being a military spouse means I\'ve built my career across geographies, often remotely, rarely with a safety net therefore I\'ve learned to lead, execute, and adapt without waiting for ideal conditions. My Jain upbringing shaped values that I think are rare in this industry - patience, long-view thinking, and a deep respect for doing things the right way, not just the fast way.
