Key Achievements: • Responsible for the end to end product life cycle (including customer interview/product research, solution definition, testing, product positioning, launch, and support) of over 80 features in the PBM platform spanning across Enterprise Service Management, Customer Care, Formulary management, Member communications and Client Setup • Features developed used across multiple health plans of different lines of businesses such as Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare and HIX; to help users of various modules support over 2 million members Responsibilities: Identify customer pain points & new opportunities and turn them into actionable MVPs Own specific areas of the platform and define Product Vision, create product strategies and help plan out the product roadmap Create and maintain user stories, wireframes, workflow diagrams and test cases through Functional Requirement Documentation and User Acceptance Testing; and maintain defect catalog Analyze and understand existing Collaborative PBM Cloud™ platform functionality, and apply this understanding for new client onboarding activities functionalities Work closely with Solution Architects, Developers, Product Managers, Project Managers, and other functional teams to drive successful programs and process execution Monitor and review Medicaid, Medicare, and Exchange policies to ensure that the platform is compliant; if gaps are identified, work with technical and clinical teams to translate the state or federal regulations into configurable solutions Measure, track, and report results of projects and initiatives through close involvement with the Project Management team Conceptualize and specify platform functionality improvements, providing a detailed guideline to the Development and Project Management Team Engage with internal and external stakeholders to define and document system requirements Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps in the current systems
