About Ashwath Kumar
My research interests are diverse and include advanced therapeutics, synthetic biologic design, exosome biology in cancer, and one-carbon metabolism. My main goal is to investigate these areas in order to find new mechanisms and create ground-breaking applications. I am especially interested in uncharted territory with enormous potential for game-changing discoveries. I want to use cutting-edge technologies in molecular medicine, bioinformatics, and synthetic biology to shift my research in the upcoming years toward application-oriented solutions. My long-term objective is to support high-impact translational research that connects basic science to practical therapeutic developments.
