   Strong experience in Marketing Bench Consultants (US citizens, Green Card, EAD, OPT and H1B Sales).• Thoroughly screen the resumes with various technologies of our bench consultants lists in internal software system.• Strong exposure in coordinating with Bench Consultants and understanding their skill and expertise area and getting the requirements as per their comfort ability.• Liaison between preferred vendor and Consultant and following up with the preferred vendor for the interview process after the submission.• Strong ability towards following up with Tier 1 Vendors for immediate interview and confirmation process.• Get confirmation for consultants from Vendors pay-rate: hourly/per day/per week through e-mail on rate confirmation agreement.• Responsible for formatting and submitting resumes to vendors or clients.• Responsible for following and passing out Pre and Post interview feedback like time, date, contact person name, areas of improvement. If consultant selected, date and place of reporting and joining from vendors or clients to consultants.• Strong Account Management skills and generating the new business with existing vendors and adding new preferred vendors for new business development.• Responsible for getting PO (Purchase Order) and Master agreements signed by consultants and vendors.
