In this role, I oversee product development from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. My responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing product roadmaps, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to drive product success.Prior to joining Ericsson, I served as the Creative Head at a product company, where I led a team of 13 talented individuals. In this capacity, I was responsible for the end-to-end delivery of creative projects, from initial concept through to execution, ensuring that we consistently exceeded client expectations.My career began at Effectlabs, where I worked as a UI/UX Designer for over three years. There, I honed my skills in user interface and user experience design, gaining valuable experience in client communication and project management. This diverse background has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the design and product management landscape, enabling me to effectively bridge the gap between user needs and business objectives.
