Project Planning and Monitoring • Preparing Baseline Schedule, resource planning, resource mobilization, monitoring progress and Project execution activities. • Establishing Project Review reports to accurately report the progress of the Project to the Site and Top Management. • Supervise Project drawings, coordination among all departments and coordinate with Client, Subcontractors, Consultants and team to achieve Planned works. • Suggest and Manage Changes in Project management plans like change management, schedule management and scope management plan etc. • Completed various Industrial Projects (Cement) in time with excellent Quality and Safety Standard. Project Budgeting and Cost Controlling • Preparation of Project Report/ Zero Cost - Project Schedule, Resource Requirement, Project Estimate and Cost to complete. • Maintain track of planned value (PV), Actual Value (AV), Budget at completion (BAC) & Estimate at completion (EAC) – Monitor and control the cost overruns/savings. • Recognise areas of project development need to be re-addressed to maintain efficiency and cost control. • Completed various Industrial Projects in defined cost.
