   In my capacity as VP IT, I lead enterprise technology governance and transformation across SAP ERP (RISE/S/4 readiness), SAP CPI integrations, global data platforms (Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, SAP HANA/BDC), Snowflake, and AI automation for Media/Creative. Details of portfolio. Develop and execute a strategic technology roadmap aligned with the organization\'s overall business goals. AI setup in architecture and technology for Media (UK). This was a USD 15 million dollar project. Manage budget and Migration project of SAP ERP from self-managed to SAP managed setup accounting for USD 6 million. Manage budget and Migration project of GDW from Azure managed platform to on premise. The project accounted for around USD 6 million savings License and vendor compliance Acquire and integrate third-party applications such as CELONIS, ARIBA, Concur, bespoke applications like rOar(Project and people management tool) Managing and decommissioning Oracle ERP platform. The decommission accounted for savings of around USD 3.9 million/year. Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions to new platforms. I am currently working on a project which involves automation, using Agentic AI, of client interaction, meeting, resource management and deliverables of creative content in Publicis.
