I am an Advocate practicing independently before the Hon’ble Patna High Court, District Courts in Bihar, and Debt Recovery Tribunals, including DRT Delhi.I graduated from ICFAI Law School, Dehradun (ICFAI University), Batch 2017–2022, and began my professional journey with a law firm based in Delhi where I handled high-value and institution-centric litigation.My practice spans Banking & Financial Laws, SARFAESI Act, DRT proceedings, Arbitration, Commercial Courts Act, PASA Act, Civil litigation, and Consumer disputes. I have represented Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, and large corporate entities, in complex and high-stakes matters.Having transitioned into independent practice, I now actively represent clients before Courts and Tribunals in Patna and Delhi, with a focused bank-side and commercial litigation practice. I am empanelled with Canara Bank, Asirvad Micro Finance, Aavas Finance, and Jaypee Infratech.Alongside litigation, I maintain a strong interest in constitutional values, institutional accountability, and legal reform, and I believe that advocacy must balance statutory enforcement with constitutional discipline.I follow a research-driven, structured, and ethical approach to litigation, particularly in matters involving public money, secured assets, and regulatory compliance
