The role of Head of Department for JEE Advanced Physics has allowed me to harness my deep understanding of the subject to elevate our programs and, in turn, our students\' success.As Program Head, I oversee the IIT Achievers team which includes 60 teachers, ensuring that our pedagogical approaches are both cutting-edge and effective. Our collective efforts have consistently enhanced student performance and contributed to the growth of our organization, reflecting my passion for fostering educational environments that challenge and inspire.

   I\'ve joined K12 Techno Services as the new Director of Physics with a clear mission: to create an unparalleled learning experience for students targeting the country\'s most competitive exams—JEE Main, JEE Advanced, NEET, and Olympiads.​My work is centered on building a robust academic ecosystem. This includes designing and implementing an innovative physics curriculum, teaching both foundation and advanced classes, and empowering our team through comprehensive faculty training. The heart of my role, however, is student mentoring, a responsibility I take very seriously. I believe every student has the potential to succeed, and I\'ve been fortunate enough to see this firsthand, helping my students secure remarkable achievements like 100 percentile scores in Physics (JEE Main), single-digit KVPY ranks, and a consistent record of double-digit JEE Advanced ranks and Olympiad selections.
