Track Inbound and Outbound Logistics & SIT report.Properly done all warehouse operations as per SOP - GIN, GRN, RTV, PO, Dispatch.* Handle dispatch activities namely preparing dispatch schedule, arranging dispatch of Finished goods to Warehouses / Depots / Customers.* Coordinate with Transporters to ensure timely delivery of materials.* Update MIS, and generating DSR reports for the management weekly & monthly basis.* Maintain all stock records and ensure no mismatch in stock.* Arrange and Utilize right vehicles for dispatch.* Coordinate transportation of goods and material with all concerned departments to ensure timely delivery.* Take responsibility for inventory and timely availability of products.* Maintain Transportation and dispatch of material.* Supervise workers for timely packing and deliver of material.* Maintain all register and file as per company norms & audit purpose.* Every pieces ensure as per PO before system entry.* Handle with cash team - Maintain petty cash, arrange change for cashier, maintain all vouchers.* Till Opening Closing, Cash tally(Reconcile)Cash deposit in bank.* Handle haulmile, middle mile & lastmile delivery.* Take a stock audit daily & monthly basis for inventory control.* GST, Taxation, ITR
