I’m Ashwak — a growth-minded leader with 5+ years at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship, and social impact. I’m passionate about turning ideas into tangible outcomes: empowering students, strengthening industry-academia links, and building programs that create lasting opportunity.I currently lead operations and strategy at Vihara Tech while supporting the parent startup, Skill Union. In these roles I guide learner outcomes, coordinate with HR and academic partners, monitor sales and financial performance, and design placement and skilling initiatives that help students learn, intern, and get placed.I also serve as an Incubation Associate at FoundersLab, where I mentor student teams, shape go-to-market plans, and help founders move from concept to early traction. My work blends hands-on coaching with systems thinking — from curriculum inputs to operational execution.Previously, I worked with WE Hub Foundation on social impact projects that advanced women’s entrepreneurship. That included collaborations on projects with the Ramagundam municipal body and initiatives across Huzurabad and Karimnagar — designing capacity-building programs, coordinating with district administration and financial partners, and scaling women-led enterprises.
