The team meets gynecologists, pediatricians, ENTs to update them about products, and also handles chemists.• Responsible for P&L, market share & growth. Driving monthly sales, product mix• Creating equity with doctors through knowledge based programs – workshops, certification courses, sessions by renown medical faculty. • Working with Doctors’ association for updates. Ensuring compliance to all laws. • Responsible for team’s training, targets, incentives & performance monitoring• Increased the market share from 12% to 18% for the priority brand in 3 years. The brand now features in the elite top-300 pharma brands of the country.• Launched two new products, and grew them to a dominant 40% market share• Grew the topline by 1.5 times in last 3 years (CAGR: 15%) maintaining the profit margin.• Ensured top ratings pay hikes for 90% of the team (FY22); incentives doubled. • Owing to unit’s good results, team strength increased by 20% by management.
