Managing Manpower, raw material and production process for smooth production flow and lean manufacturing. Active participation in production planning activity and identify and troubleshooting of process problem to reduce downtime resulting enhanced productivity. Ensure and inspect production line working according to the set parameters leading towards continuous process and product improvement. Daily updation of various production and process documents and reports to the upper management.
