ABOUT ASHVIN DHINGRA
As a member of the Corporate Development team at 123Dentist, I support the growth and expansion of Canada\'s largest network of dental practices through conducting due diligence, valuation, and deal execution for potential acquisitions. I joined 123Dentist in July 2022, after completing a four-month internship with the same company. I also have previous experience as an Integrated Business Operations Intern at Ceridian, where I contributed to streamlining and optimizing various business processes and systems. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Honors Business Administration (HBA) from Ivey Business School, and a Bachelor of Medical Sciences (BMSc) in Honors Specialization in Integrated Medical Sciences from Western University, both obtained in 2022. I have also passed passed all 3 levels of the CFA Program and will be eligible for the charter upon completion of the required work experience. My core competencies include mergers and acquisitions (M&A), deal execution, business analysis, due diligence, and project management. Outside of work, I enjoy being active, travelling, reading, and am an avid sports fan.
