About Ashvat Shetty
Like majority of people in the coatings industry, I fell into it. My role is to disrupt the mature market through vertical integration, product innovation and new age marketing techniques. From the age of 8, I glued labels on paint cans in our small family paint factory in Sydney\'s western suburbs. As the years progressed, our passion for marketing and business development simultaneously grew. Omega now manufactures over 600 different product lines, provides an integrated contracting service and employs over 300 employees internationally.
