   As a Product Designer in TravelPlus with expertise in both B2C and B2B hotel and flight booking platforms, I have led end-to-end design processes-from search bookings to confirmation mailers and vouchers, across web and mobile (iOS and Android). I collaborated with senior management, engineers, and QA teams to create seamless user experiences, developing design guidelines and systems for consistent UX flows.I designed key pages such as the homepage, search results page (SRP), booking flow, and booking confirmation, optimizing for both desktop and mobile. My work included prototyping, sprint planning, and user journey design, while leveraging CRS tools to ensure efficiency in the booking process.
