With 17+ years of experience across the full spectrum of HR, spanning talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow alongside the business, partnering closely with leadership and teams to help shape a culture that puts people at the center. Outside of my HR life, I’m a professional Voice Over Artist, musician/ producer/composer, amateur Chef, and abstract sketch enthusiast and also learning to DJ. Creativity has always been a big part of who I am, and I bring that mindset into everything I do—from strategy to storytelling to culture-building.
