Most leaders don’t struggle with a lack of strategy—they struggle with execution: too many data sources, inconsistent definitions, and limited visibility into what’s really driving performance, pipeline, and deal outcomes.I help close that gap. As a Director in EY Consulting, I run a business consulting practice focused on strategy execution—helping clients, EY member firms, and leadership teams turn complexity into clarity through performance intelligence, commercial governance, and scalable execution models.Together with my teams, I work across global, multi-service environments to build “one source of truth” performance dashboards, enable deal qualification and governance for strategic pursuits, and support GTM and AI initiatives with structured, decision ready insights. Before EY, I spent over a decade in a Global Capability Center (GCC) environment, leading large scale operations, transitions, and offshore delivery.
