OHI has deep process and sectoral expertise in real estate sector and has worked with 130+ North American real estate developers, REITs, asset management companies, investment trusts, and brokerages. OHI is a real estate accounting and property accounting specialist. We currently handle accounting, reporting and financial analysis processes of more than units across residential and commercial real estate. We are now a +450 member strong team and have served multiple mid-market businesses across USA and Canada. Our team has rich experience in QuickBooks, Xero, MS Dynamics, AppFolio, Yardi, MRI, NetSuite, Timberline, OneSite (RealPage), Spectra among others. We understand the intricacies involved in outsourcing engagements involving small midsized businesses such as lack of documented processes, limited technology infrastructure, wide scope of work, limited onshore over-sight among others. Our heavy emphasis on process documentation, structured migration and staff training has helped us manage complicated transitions effectively.
