Making daily, weekly and monthly plan on the basis of work scope. Updating & submitting daily, weekly and monthly progress reports to our client/consultant. Preparing PMS (Project Monitoring Schedule) for construction work scope. Calculating % completion of the project and project activities. Making Resource mobilization plan. Controlling planning related document on daily / regular basis. Attending client weekly & monthly progress review meeting. Assisting to our senior planning manager in preparation of bar charts, delay reports etc.
