Currently, I’m shaping my expertise as a Trainee at Indian Rare Earths Limited (IREL), where I work in mineral separation and quality control, ensuring that every grain meets the highest standards. With hands-on experience in mineral processing, I thrive on solving complex challenges and optimizing production processes.I hold a Master\'s in Applied Geology from NIT Rourkela, where I gained a solid academic foundation. My journey has been enriched by internships at top-tier organizations like the Geological Survey of India (GSI) and Orissa Mineral Development Corporation (OMDC Ltd). These experiences have provided me with invaluable insights into the industry, from fieldwork to strategic mineral exploration.Beyond the field, I’ve also contributed to academia by teaching geology, sharing my knowledge and igniting curiosity in the next generation of geoscientists.I’m constantly on the lookout for innovative solutions in geosciences, eager to expand my horizons, and excited to contribute to the future of mineral exploration and resource management.
