Weekly data analysis for defect trend part wise and model wise.Responsible for IQC & line quality.Making monthly IQC rejection trend & maintain quality material from supplier. Designed new jigs and work methods to reduce the cycle time. To analysis and control root causes of Rejections observed in line so as to improve the process target. Performing the ECO friendly as per ROHS directive part production by XRF testing. On job training to new associates. To prepare the report for failure analysis and make a counter measure action.
