I started my career building robust applications with Python and Django, but I’ve always believed that the best technology is only as good as the business strategy and people behind it.While working as a Developer at Kavya Infoweb, I saw opportunities for operational growth and shared my vision with our CEO. That conversation changed my career trajectory. Recognizing my strategic mindset, I was entrusted to lead the Management team, eventually taking full responsibility for Admin, HR, and complete operations for our Pune branch.Today, I run the startup’s Pune operations under the Founder’s guidance. I specialize in: Operations Management: Scaling branch activities and streamlining workflows. People Ops & HR: Implementing data-driven HRIS and transformational people strategies to drive efficiency. Technical-Business Synergy: Leveraging my B.Tech background to bridge the gap between engineering teams and management goals.I am passionate about building high-performing teams and scalable processes.
