Since Sept 2014 I am working with EngenderHealth as a Project Officer. Here my task in implementation of EAISI project and its activities. This project is related to expanding services of IUD services in the project area. Here we are working as a Technical Assistant organization. We are working upon the capacity building and system strengthening of health service providers. We are giving trainings at selected facilities of the project and regular support to them. We are also working upon improving Infection Prevention practices & soft skills of the service providers. We also working on both demand and supply side of IUD/FP services. Data management and its quality are also important component of our project. In this aspect we are working with district level team to collect and provide quality data and its utilization in decision making and other activities.
