My responsibilities include: ​Brand and Product Management: I develop and manage Consult MicroBio\'s product brands while building a diverse portfolio of offerings through strategic partnerships with global vendors and suppliers. ​Commercial Strategy: I oversee all aspects of sales, business development, and product marketing. This includes managing our profit and loss, developing pricing strategies, and handling all import and export activities. ​Market Growth & Customer Relations: I drive global market expansion by managing customer and distributor relationships. I also lead our marketing efforts, creating our company website and developing essential sales tools like flyers and brochures. ​Supply Chain Management: I establish and maintain strong relationships with reliable supply chain partners to ensure seamless product delivery.​Consulting Services​As a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, ISO 9001:2016 QMS Lead Auditor, cGMP, and Certified Scrum Advanced Practitioner, I provide expert guidance to organizations. My services include: ​Process Improvement: I conduct comprehensive gap analyses to create and implement improvement plans for quality, production, and supply chain efficiency. ​Quality Assurance: I manage internal and external audits and investigate product failures or quality gaps to ensure compliance and resolve issues. ​Training and Development: I design and deliver specialized training programs in critical areas such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDocP), and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
