As a technical recruiter with a BBA degree from SHUATS and a certification in Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter, I have over three years of experience in finding and placing qualified candidates for various IT and non-IT roles. My most recent role is at TeamWare Solutions, where I handled the recruiting cycle for clients such TCS, Hexaware, Dexian AND Kaartech. And for them I work For mostly BFSI End-Clients Such as USAA, US Bank, MetLife, Sentandar Bank, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, etc. My core competencies include sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and coordinating candidates, using Jobdiva applicant tracking system. I have a passion for connecting talented professionals with the right opportunities, and for helping organizations grow by finding the best technical talent. I also value building authentic, long-term relationships with every candidate and client, understanding their needs, expectations, and goals, and providing them with honest, timely, and constructive feedback.
