Whether it’s policy design or program execution, I am driven by the challenge of solving complex problems and delivering impactful, high-quality outcomes.As a Mahatma Gandhi National Fellow — a prestigious initiative by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship — I worked for two years in close collaboration with the District Administration of Ranipet, Tamil Nadu. Mentored by IIM Ranchi. The hands-on nature of the fellowship taught me a lot about how district-level systems work — from planning to implementation — and gave me a practical understanding of how to drive development that reaches people. I worked extensively across multiple line departments, contributing to skill development programs, livelihood strategies, and implementation of flagship schemes at the grassroots level.In addition, I had the privilege of working with Prof. Ashok Jhunjhunwala on projects at the intersection of renewable energy, fintech innovation, and rural economic development. These engagements deepened my understanding of technology-driven inclusive growth and enhanced my ability to design solutions that are both scalable and locally relevant.With a strong technical foundation, I thrive in dynamic environments — whether working independently, collaborating with teams, or leading them toward a common goal. I approach each task with precision, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
