Ashutosh has extensive experience in Income-tax advisory and litigation including independent representation of various corporate and multinational client upto the Tribunal level. In addition, he has been regularly engaged in drafting petitions / appeals before the Supreme Court / High Courts and briefing eminent Senior Counsels. Ashutosh also has considerable experience in advising clients in various industrial sectors and has successfully serviced a variety of international and domestic clients advising them on setting-up their operations in India, various cross- border taxation issues including mergers, acquisitions and investment structuring, transfer pricing and issues relating to double taxation avoidance agreements and other international tax matters. In addition, he has been regularly representing clients before the Appellate Tribunal for Forfeited Property in various matters under Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators Act, 1976 and Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
