   My teams build and operate a secure, reliable, and efficient cloud platform that powers the Planet DDS suite of software.* Formed an AI-first engineering organization with focus on self-service, automated anomaly detection, and remediation. Built AI adoption strategy and drove adoption of AI tooling across the organization.* Built a global SRE organization from ground-up to provide 24x7 coverage.* Drove adoption of SLOs, Canaries, Error budgets, Incident and Operational reviews across the engineering organization.* Championed migration and re-architecture of Planet DDS services from data centers to Azure and improved availability by 90%* Working with Finance and Product teams, built COGS and margin metrics which helped set pricing for add-on features.* Built unified data strategy for the company which allowed Planet DDS to track and publish industry trends.
