As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at FSS, a leading provider of IT solutions and services, I strategically collaborate with business units to drive human capital initiatives and align HR solutions with organizational goals.My core responsibilities as an HRBP include talent management, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning, ensuring our people strategies contribute directly to business success.Previously, as an Executive-HR at FSS, I was responsible for the end-to-end onboarding for India - Zone North, conducting background verification (BGV), enhancing employee engagement, and managing employee relations.I joined FSS in August 2023, after completing my MMS in Human Resources Management from Sasmira\'s Institute of Management Studies & Research, where I gained core competencies in recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organisational development.Before joining FSS, I gained valuable experience as an Operations Team Member at Omkar Electronics, a company that deals in elevators and accessories, where I handled various aspects of operations, such as inventory, logistics, quality, and customer satisfaction.I am passionate about HR and its pivotal role in creating a positive and productive work environment, and I am always eager to learn new skills and best practices in the field.I am also committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and I strive to foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and innovation at FSS.
