I am a Lead Design Engineer at Cyient, a global engineering and technology solutions company. I have over eight years of experience in product design, new product development, benchmarking, reverse engineering, project management, and vendor management. My current role involves creating master models and sub-systems for rolling stock, meeting vehicle requirements using CAD tools like Catia V5. I also perform layout studies, design validation, cost and weight optimization, and customer meetings for cab interior, exterior, and underframe zones. Additionally, I lead and manage a team of seven members, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects. My previous roles have equipped me with skills and knowledge in designing and developing electro-mechanical components, such as EGR valves, throttle bodies, and actuators, for the automotive industry. I have also handled tool development, product testing, product lifecycle management, and problem solving for various clients and vendors. I am proficient in using software such as Creo, Auto CAD, and Windchill. I am passionate about innovation, creativity, and excellence in engineering and technology.
