My current role involves creating master models and sub-systems for rolling stock, meeting vehicle requirements using CAD tools like Catia V5. I also perform layout studies, design validation, cost and weight optimization, and customer meetings for cab interior, exterior, and underframe zones. Additionally, I lead and manage a team of seven members, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects. My previous roles have equipped me with skills and knowledge in designing and developing electro-mechanical components, such as EGR valves, throttle bodies, and actuators, for the automotive industry. I have also handled tool development, product testing, product lifecycle management, and problem solving for various clients and vendors.
