I work primarily with individuals, couples, and small teams (12-20 people). My work is deeply personal—rooted in my own journey of overcoming people-pleasing, enduring two years of insomnia, and navigating the hard truths that eventually led to joy and fulfillment. Now, I guide others to embrace their messy, unfiltered truths and build lives filled with ease and authenticity.Using modalities like NLP, circling, and embodiment practices (yes, dance is part of the process!), I create a judgment-free space where clients can fully express themselves and decide what to do with the clarity they uncover.
