As part of Partnerships and Alliances Team, I work on inorganic growth opportunities for automotive and farm equipment business. Key transactions - acquisition of majority stake in SsangYong Motor (~$500 mn) in South Korea in 2011; acquisition of majority stake in Peugeot Motocycles in 2014; minority stakes in Mitsubishi Agri-machinery, Japan in 2015; minority (initially) Sampo Rosenlew, Finland in 2016; majority acquisitions in Hisarlar Makina and Erkunt Tractor in Turkey. Also experienced in start up investing in India and abroad, through investments in MITRA Agro Equipment, Resson Aerospace and Carnot Technologies. Previously, I was also a part of strategy development team for automotive division and worked on macro environment analysis, strategy formulation process, and scenario planning.
