Maintaining sponsorship & registration trackers. Support teams in closing sponsorship deals etc. • Business development and sponsorship• Coordinating with the production agency for the overall production like design language, creatives, venue & exposition layouts, technical requirements, setups for executing the conference.• Lead for Asia’s one of the largest HR Conference “SHRM India Annual Conference and Exhibition 2017” It demonstrates Asia\'s largest exhibition showcasing the world\'s latest innovations in HR Solutions. The Conference attracts over 1,500 attendees from 12+ Countries, 100+ Global Speakers, 150+ CXOs, 100+ Exhibitors & Partner Organization and 50+ Knowledge sessions — to the leading annual gathering of HR professionals from this part of Globe. • Lead SHRM India HR Technology Conference 2018 – The Conference has been ranked as one of the top 25 HR conferences globally by Harver and the only to be listed from India. • Launched SHRM India 1st National PSU Conference. The objective of the conference was to penetrate in the PSU segment and create a space and network for SHRM. • Conceptualize, develop and launch new conferences and public development programmes besides the flagship programmes• Manage operations from end to end for all the programmes. • Coordination with Agencies, vendors and stake holders
