My role involves managing customer and rider calls, coordinating with field technicians, and ensuring quick issue resolution to minimize downtime.Before this, I worked as a QC Executive where I was responsible for vehicle quality checks and reporting, which helped me understand how to identify issues and improve overall performance. I have also worked as an Inventory Assistant, managing stock and supporting daily operations.With hands-on experience across operations, quality, and inventory, I have developed a strong understanding of the EV ecosystem from ground level.I focus on discipline, problem-solving, and handling pressure situations efficiently. I am looking to grow further in operations and build a long-term career in the EV industry.
