    Wrote and revised process plans for satellite structures and mechanisms using Manufacturo, collaborating with quality and manufacturing engineers to standardize process plan creation. Modeled and designed MGSE (Mechanical Ground Support Equipment) hardware in SolidWorks, performing hand calculations for bolt patterns and selecting extrusions/materials using Aluminum Association designations and AMS standards (4027, 4080). Released MGSE drawings through Teamcenter, ensuring proper configuration control and program compliance. Created and maintained MBOMs (Manufacturing Bills of Materials) in Costpoint, ensuring accuracy through drawing redlines and design revisions.
