ABOUT ASHTON SNYDER

With over 25 years of experience at LyondellBasell, I’ve cultivated a deep and comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end order-to-cash process through diverse roles in Supply Chain, Global Credit, and Treasury Operations. My career journey reflects a commitment to operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.For the last 15+ years, I’ve been part of the global Treasury Operations team where I have led a talented group of U.S. based Cash Managers with responsibility for overseeing daily liquidity positioning, short-term investments, and cash forecasting. I’ve played a key role in launching a $2.5B commercial paper program, implementing SAP Treasury with an in-house banking/pay-on-behalf structure, and integrating Treasury strategies during multiple acquisitions and divestitures. My approach combines strong process oversight with an ability to navigate change and support business growth.Earlier in my career, I spent time in Global Credit and Supply Chain, gaining operational insight into pricing administration, customer service, and inventory planning. These experiences enhanced my grasp of the full order-to-cash cycle and the financial levers that impact performance from transaction to settlement.Throughout my career, colleagues have recognized my dedication, integrity, and pragmatic approach to solving problems.
