Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.Manage the complaints department, liaising with customer and other managers to ensure complaints are dealt with in a timely manner, while providing great customer service. Facilitating weekly meetings with managers and team members to discuss complaints and snags.Providing a daily report of KPIs for sales, customer service, complaints and marketing reports.
