ABOUT ASHTON MURRAY

Hello hello! I\'m glad you\'re here :) The long story short: I jumped head first into the recruiting industry my last year of college, interning part time at a boutique IT Staffing firm in Dallas while simultaneously competing in international sales competitions. I have always loved sales! From there, I gained experience on the other side of the table at an international IT Solutions company working in Account Management / Business Development. Currently, I\'m a Senior Recruiter at at ConSol Partners by title, but I like to refer to myself as a life-changer, go-getter, fire-cracker, and much more. I specialize in placing candidates in IT contract roles and have filled positions across the board from Software & Mobile development, DevOps, Security, Data, UI/UX Design, Product, Project & Program Management, etc. for clients that range in start-ups to enterprise companies. I whole-heartedly believe that sales & staffing is a relationship business, and my goal is to always ensure that I create positive, trusting relationships with my clients and candidates, whether we work together or not. You know what they say, we might not be able to work together now, but we could be pivotal in helping each other 10 years down the road. Alongside my Recruiting career, I also run my own real estate Corporate Housing business that focuses on short term rentals and am a full-time dog mom to my Goldendoodle Hazel.
