About Ashton Botts
A dynamic and passionate performer in the office and on stage, I strive to cultivate both my professional and creative skills through intentional goal-setting and investment in personal fulfillment. I am a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Law and William Jewell College and was enriched by study-away experiences at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and the University of Oxford in Oxford, England. My journalism background, communication skills, and self-motivation led me to my current role as a Contracts Manager for Perceptyx, the leader in associate engagement feedback. At Perceptyx, I use my experience negotiating on behalf of both the customer and the sales team to assist our Account Executives and Account Managers close their new business or renewal opportunities. While Perceptyx is based out of California, I am able to serve our team members from my home office in Kansas City and with the support of my canine colleague, Charlie. While my fields of study focus on the law, public policy, and political communication, I am also entrenched in Kansas City arts and culture. In the theatre, I lend my talents as an actor, singer, dancer, and director. I am also represented by Moxie Talent Agency, where I adapt my on-stage experience to for-the-camera work.
