ABOUT ASHTIN ROSTETTER

I’m a fun, driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for helping others succeed. Whether it’s through business, personal development, or professional mentorship, I find energy in seeing people reach their goals — and I love playing a part in that journey.My career in sales and insurance started early during college, where I worked as a 1099 life insurance producer. It didn’t take long for me to realize I was hooked — not just on the art of sales, but on the fulfillment that comes from helping others. As Zig Ziglar said in See You at the Top, “You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want.” That quote has stayed with me and continues to guide how I approach both business and relationships.I eventually found Goosehead Insurance — like many do — through a LinkedIn message. What began as curiosity turned into purpose. I first joined the Franchise Development team, helping aspiring entrepreneurs take the leap into business ownership. Seeing people step into a leadership role and start building something of their own was incredibly rewarding.Today, I work in our Agency Staffing Program (ASP) helping existing agency owners as they grow their teams. I support them in hiring their first producers and guide both the agency owner and candidate through the onboarding and hiring process — making sure everyone starts off strong and aligned for success.My goal is simple: keep helping others rise, because when they do, I believe the rest takes care of itself.
