Heading e-Udayan Care - the design and operationalisation of a resource-optimised, scalable digital learning model rooted in mentoring, workshops, and self-paced modules for the girls coming from an underprivileged background that is focused to make them career-ready and employable- Onboarded and actively engaging over 500 girls from Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities across India, ensuring meaningful inclusion-Designing a dynamic, discussion-based mentoring model rooted in Focused Group Discussions (FGDs), enabling deeper peer learning, reflection, and contextual relevance- Onboarding and mobilising over 70 mentors from diverse professional backgrounds — corporate leaders, educators, development sector experts — to drive authentic capacity development- Conceptualised, designed and developed high-impact workshop and FGD modules across key domains: career planning, self-awareness, communication, financial literacy, and AI-led career guidance- Integrated gamification, scholarships, and feedback loops to maximise engagement and outcomes- Defined monitoring frameworks with clear process and outcome indicators to measure progress and impact- Forged strategic partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery and unlock new growth opportunities for the girls
