As CFO at Jerry’s Artarama, a $100M national art supply retailer with 20 stores and a growing eCommerce business. My focus is modernizing the finance function, combining solid fundamentals with automation, data, and technology to make information faster, cleaner, and more actionable.Over the past few years, I’ve led a full-scale modernization of our financial and operational systems. That work has included rebuilding treasury and banking automation through ACH, NACHA, Avalara, and Beanworks; creating Power Automate and SharePoint tools that connect accounting, AP, and IT workflows; developing a multi-year AI roadmap and guiding major capital and technology initiatives like the Kardex AutoStore warehouse automation system.I’m equally comfortable reviewing cash flow models or designing a new automation flow. My approach blends finance, operations, and technology to improve control, accelerate decision-making, and create a more connected organization.
