Key Responsibilities:\\\\n• Assessment, Consulting, Design and execution - Cloud migration and Application Modernization.\\\\n• Architecting solutions based on the Hybrid Cloud architecture between AWS Public Cloud, client on-premise systems\\\\n• Writing the HLD for the overall migration to AWS, discuss with the client’s cloud architects on the proposed network architecture, HA & DR Solution, EKS provisioning, ASG creation etc.\\\\n• Refracturing the backend microservice codebase to make it EKS ready\\\\n• Understanding the existing VM configuration, capacity etc. using AWS Application Service Discovery tool and AWS Migration Hub. Custom AMI creation by automating the manual steps followed to configure the VMs for on-premises (Server provisioning + Code deployment) using Hashicorp, PowerShell script and Jenkins & XLDeploy. Then provision EC2s using terraform.\\\\n• Expose the workload (EC2s and EKS) using ALB, NLB etc.\\\\n• Architecting various solutions for security and compliance like Firewall Rules using NACL, Security Group, creating private (routable/non-routable)/public subnets under VPC, WAF for ALB, Network Policy inside EKS etc.\\\\n• Creating the cut-over plan for the go-live.\\\\n• Doing POCs on the various migration related requirements like “AWS MSK Serverless”, “Nginx Ingress Solution” etc.\\\\n• Align the Observability and Monitoring tools (Dynatrace, PagerDuty and ServiceNow) and giving the required KT to M2R (move to run) team\\\\n• Run AWS Gameday for the targeted applications before go-live date\\\\n• Collaborating with the AWS team to do Beta testing on the various new releases like “DMS Serverless”, “DMS Expedious” etc.\\\\n• Writing AWS APN blogs on behalf on Infosys (https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/apn/accelerate-application-modernization-and-migration-on-aws-with-infosys-accelerators-for-containerization/)\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
