Spearhead front-end defect pareto and process changes to achieve quarterly yield goals and contribute to measurable defect reduction-Utilize JMP, JSL, DOE, SQL, and Python to analyze inline defect data and yield losses-Investigate defect root cause and defect model with Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) images, segmentation, and run DOE for defect reduction-Develop cutting-edge optical inspection (dark field and bright field) and e-beam inspection (physical and voltage contrast) recipe to identify inline defect during front-end processes-Expertise in dynamic layer synthesis, density generation, and defect-to-design rule identification and resolving front-end issues with advanced layout analysis software-Mastering in imager (image processing tool) critical dimension (CD) contouring and within wafer profile assessment to correlate CD variation with defect density and process changes-Collaboratively working with process integration and module engineers to run DOE for yield improvement and new process change implementation.
