Track + in, raise orders in OMS, and help in eliminating 100 %/ mismatches quarterly Manage Jira tickets and Confluence/SharePoint updates, reducing change‑request turnaround ~% and improving stakeholder visibility. Embed driver‑based forecasting logic with Controlling, improving forecast error from ±8 % to ±2 %.
