ABOUT ASHRAF DOLEH
When I was a child, I used to play music by ear in front of crowds, participate in scouting camps in different parts of the world and dismantle every broken toy in attempt of its repair. Later, my hard skills as a mechanical engineer graduate developed side by side along with the other \"built-in\" soft ones in communication, sales & leadership. In early 2023, the train of dreams had passed heading to Canada and the decision was not to miss it! As a change lover and a leader of a diverse family, I left GCC after wonderful 4 years at Bahrain and 13 years at Dubai in different roles in management, sales & engineered solutions. It was a tough decision to leave a job I loved, a team I enjoyed coaching & learning from, and clients who trusted me. Well, this shift could never happen without keep training my mind that \"Life is only 10% what happens to us and 90% how we react to it” -(Charles R Swindoll)! Today, I sit on a gold mine of expertise, knowledge, and skills that I am sharing and developing day after day!
